It’s time to start losing it!

Several years ago, I was diagnosed as a “Type 2” diabetic. This means that you can control your insulin resistance with diet and medication. After learning of my diabetes, I lost 100 pounds in 9 months. There is no secret to rapid weight loss and it can be done easily with some drive.

Changes in diet must be made because as Americans, our dietary choices are very poor. Here is a video that sums up, in an 18 minute nutshell how I lost the weight.
